Rockland Beauty is a physician-led aesthetic practice in New City, New York, directed by Yanina Kotlyar, MD. The Site describes our services and lets you request a visit or send a question.

The Site is for information and inquiries only. Sending a form does not guarantee an appointment until we confirm it.

Text, photographs, and service descriptions on the Site are general information about what we offer. They are not personal advice and are not a promise of a particular result for you.

You do not need to choose a service before you visit. Tell us what you would like to discuss; we will talk through options that may suit you.

The Site is intended for adults who can enter a contract under New York law. If you are under 18, use the Site only with a parent or legal guardian.

Requests

A request through the Site, phone, or email is not a confirmed booking until we confirm the date and time with you.

Please give accurate contact information so we can reach you.

Cancellations

Please give us reasonable notice if you cannot keep an appointment. Any cancellation, late-arrival, or no-show policy — including whether a fee applies — will be explained when you book or in the office. Repeated missed visits may mean we decline future bookings.

Our right to decline a visit

We may decline, postpone, or stop a service if it is not appropriate, required forms are not completed, or we cannot reasonably continue the visit. We will do so in a professional manner.

Results vary from person to person. Photographs on the Site, if any, are examples only. They are not a guarantee that you will look the same.

If photographs are taken in the office, we will not use identifiable images on the website, social media, or advertising without your separate written permission. You may refuse marketing use of your photos.

Prices may change. Any figure given before a visit is an estimate and may change after we see what you need.

Payment is due as explained when you book or in the office.

This website does not currently process payments. If online payment is offered later, it will be handled by a third-party processor, and any refunds will follow the practice's payment policy and applicable law — not these website Terms.

By giving us a phone number or email address, you agree that we may contact you about your inquiry or booking, including by phone, email, or text. Message and data rates may apply.

You may opt out of marketing messages. Opting out of marketing does not cancel messages about an existing appointment unless you ask us to use another method.

Website forms and ordinary email are not monitored around the clock.

The Site and its original content — including text, layout, logo, design, and the way materials are arranged — belong to Rockland Beauty or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law.

Product names that appear on the Site (for example Botox, Sculptra, or Radiesse) are trademarks of their owners. We use those names only to describe services that may be available. No extra endorsement is implied.

You may view the Site for personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Copy, scrape, republish, or commercially reuse Site content without our written permission
• Remove copyright or trademark notices
• Use our name or logo to suggest we endorse you
• Frame the Site or harvest content with bots

You agree not to:

• Use the Site for anything unlawful
• Try to access systems, accounts, or data you are not allowed to access
• Upload malware or interfere with the Site
• Submit false information or someone else's details without authority
• Harass our staff
• Use the Site to solicit our clients or staff for a competing business

We may block access if we reasonably believe these Terms are being violated or that there is a risk to the Site or to people.

If you send reviews, comments, or photos that are not needed only to book a visit, you give Rockland Beauty a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use that material to operate and improve the practice and the Site, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Do not send illegal, infringing, or defamatory content, and do not send another person's private information.

You may post honest reviews on third-party platforms subject to those platforms' rules. We may choose not to display reviews on our own Site.

The Site may link to maps, social media, or other services we do not control. We are not responsible for their content or policies. Use them at your own risk.

How we handle personal information is described in our Privacy Policy. This website is not used to collect medical records or clinical intake online.

We do not warrant that:

• The Site will always be available, error-free, or free of harmful components
• Information on the Site is complete or current for your situation
• A particular service is right for you

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY NEW YORK LAW:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site.
• Our total liability arising from your use of the Site will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100), or the amount you paid us (if any) solely in connection with the Site in the twelve months before the claim, whichever is greater.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that New York law does not allow us to limit.

You agree to defend and hold harmless Rockland Beauty and our staff from claims, damages, and reasonable legal fees arising from your misuse of the Site, your violation of these Terms, or content you submit (other than ordinary booking details).

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

You agree that courts in Rockland County, New York, or the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, are the exclusive venue for disputes about the Site or these Terms, unless the law requires otherwise.

Either party may use New York small-claims court if the dispute qualifies.

We may change the Site, listed services, hours, or these Terms at any time. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise these Terms. The current version will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the new Terms, except where the law requires extra notice.

We may stop offering the Site or any part of it without notice.

• If one part of these Terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies.
• If we do not enforce a provision, that is not a waiver.
• These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and any forms you sign in the office are the full agreement about the Site.
• You may not assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign ours if the practice is transferred.
• Headings are for convenience only.
• “Including” means “including without limitation.”
